Its fairly simple and the provided guides do a good for install. Switching between the car unit and aftermarket unit is quite easy. I have been enjoying the unit my only problem is the forward and back track buttons being reversed but the company is working on this with an update. They have released updated before so I have no doubt this will be fixed.
