  Poor communication, it took seller over 10 days to answer my 2 emails about a status update. Ultimately I was refunded the purchase price as they couldn't find my item due to moving and storage issues. Very disappointed.

  Buyer got a full refund. We sell thousands of items, if we cannot find the item purchased you will get your money back witch in this case he got his money back.
