  Purchased three to refurbish an old A.R.E commercial topper. Seller provided all three keyed alike as requested prior to purchase. Shipping was quick and the T711cyl lock cylinders work great. While the original assembly worked just fine, I did swap the beefier locking cams (the included L-shaped steel piece) from my old cylinders to these new cylinders. Very pleased with seller, shipping, and purchase.

  Sold me something that they claim to be in stock. Several days after purchase they say it will be 6-8 weeks. They continued to claim they have stock. Waste of time for me and future buyers.

  These items ship from a dedicated warehouse and stock counts can rarely be out of sync. Once we confirmed this order was out of stock, we promptly updated the buyer and never stated otherwise. We work closely with our warehouse to keep listings accurate and provide reliable service.
