  The phone was shipped promptly, and it arrived well-packed in a sturdy box. The items included were all as described. The phone itself works perfectly; I had no problems installing my nano sim and activating service, and all the data and call features work as expected. It was listed as condition 9/10, but I haven't found what deducted the point. Looks new to me. Great transaction. I'd happily recommend this seller to others.
