  They supplied an item different to the "Near Mint" one shown in their photos and in lesser condition. The box was also damaged and them item had been placed in box backwards which gave it away. Their after sales support was appallingly bad and quite unprofessional given it was their mistake. I had to file with eBay to get a refund. This would have been a negative but I am in a good mood today. You are very lucky.
