    securely packaged, arrived safely, and just as described. unfortunately, im unable to use the box. seller was very understanding. when i called seller to inquire about cheaper return options, they completely surprised me and issued me a return label. top-notch customer service. return is currently in transit and expect a refund shortly after theyve received and inspected the box. thanks!

    The amp was exactly as described very quick shipping. Only thing was they didn’t put a bass control knob with it but once I notified them about it they quickly responded and had one delivered to me in 2 days. Will do business with them again. The amp is a perfect fit for my subs.

    So I purchased a used DDX and Skar got it shipped out immediately, but ofcoarse USPS lost it or employee stole it and had to file a claim(3rd in 4mon)called Skar just to let them know and they were actually super helpful. They gave me option of refund or replacement. I told them I still wanted it and they sent another one that day even know it wasn't they're mess up. I received it in 2.5 days which from Florida to Pennsylvania is really quick and here they gave me a brand new one. Skar-5 🌟

    Everything is as described. They did forget to add the bass knob but was quick to send me one,same day. Love there response. I will be getting speakers from skar next. Good reliable company. Look forward to making more purchases and upgrading my system to completely skar system.
