Well packaged like a top-secret drop. Arrived safe, sound, and ready to stomp out injustice (or just cold toes). Would absolutely buy from again—this seller's got game.

  My new $619.00 bike arrived with a dent on the Dow tube. Simply reached out included photos of the damage and not expecting much asked if they’re was anything they could do to anything to help ease they pain. Or cover the cost of touch up paint. They chose to not respond. Waited a few days then messaged again and just asked for a refund. Still haven’t heard back from them. Buyer beware
