  Item as described received swiftly, external packaging could have benefitted from padding or by being placed in a box as these are gifts and the boxes are squashed due to only being in a bag

  Arrived very quickly with tracking, always a plus. Parcel had incorrect name but right address so got here safely (and early). Package did arrive unboxed in a loose bag so as a result was damaged in transit but fixable with glue. Seller communicated very quickly, less than 2hrs after delivery and advised this should not have happened and was not the intended customer service they aim to deliver. Offered full refund or replacement without need for return as item damaged and overall very pleasant.

  The poorest item I have purchased off Ebay. Not as described at all. Cheap knock off variation. The packaging was disassembled, wrapped in bubble wrap and stuffed in bag. Characters looked nothing like the photo and zero manufacturer markings on box as it was a non-genuine item. The seller did agree to return the item and I did get a full refund, but it was shocking how the item was presented. Very disappointed and would stay clear.

  Came crushed by courier but only put in plastic bag, should have been boxed and the actual box of item is destroyed, which as a collectible really affects the price. Would not replace only offered refund. Very disappointing seller.
