  Item was used but in very good condition. Being an OEM part, the seller had no effect on the construction of the item, and it did immediately come apart when I took it out of the package. I was able to put it back together with a little effort. The seller shipped quickly, and packaged the item very well. Audi simply made these poorly which is why the original one came apart while installed and the small metal pieces that move the vent louvers fall into the system.
