  Postage and value - no problem. Packaging - excellent, very secure. As described - extremely accurate, in fact the brooch is definitely bigger than I anticipated.   Regarding postage, both ebay and buyers punish sellers for postal issues, so I have to use the most reliable service, which is still the Royal Mail. Ebay also take 20% of every sale from sellers, including postage, which is not even a service they provide, so this is also factored into the P&P price, not least as I already lose 20% of the final value of every sale AND have to pay for my shop subscription. I am very transparent about my P&P charges, and they are very fair.

  Lovely brooch, shown very clearly in photos, arrived quickly and very well packaged. Postage on the expensive side compared to similar purchases from other sellers but otherwise all good.

  I explain in all my listings that P&P includes actual postage, tracking, insurance, packaging, the 20% greedy ebay take for themselves (even though they do not provide this service) & a small handling charge. Thus, if you take the 20% ebay take off the £4.50 charge, that leaves £3.60. Take off the £2.75 'stamp', that leaves 85p which covers the bubblewrap envelope, gift-wrapping & my card. My time really isn't covered here at all, so my charges are not excessive. I don't make money on postage.
