  Received the tripod as described. Overall quality is really nice. Bought it as an open box discounted heavily which I’d really like to thank Smallrig for btw. Actually would say that the tripod itself is still in new condition (just missing the box itself). It’s mainly for photography. If you’re doing videos, you might want to look for other tripods that has traction control and panning. Overall, it’s great for my use case when going out to take some shots.

  At first, the product I received was not as described and seemed rearranged or incorrect. Thankfully, customer service quickly resolved the issue. The second order arrived exactly as expected and in perfect condition. While the mix-up was frustrating at first, I appreciate how fast they made it right. Overall, satisfied with the service and final product.
