Great seller! Package was very well packed; camera was as described. My only issue was that it took 10 days to receive, though not the seller's fault. USPS was horrible! UPS Ground rates are usually only pennies more than USPS, but service is 10-fold better.

The item arrived in great condition and was packed well. I was able to get the firmware and licenses loaded up, so now I need to learn to configure the darn thing so I can integrate it into my environment. It is cheaper and louder than the failed HORACO fan-less 10GB switch that it is replacing, but I think I will get a lot more mileage out of this one.
