  Very very pleased with phone, as described. Not happy with the delivery process though, the courier service used really needs to sort themselves out, this wasn't sellers fault. Communication could be better.

  Well packaged. Although as described was new, was surprised it didn’t come with it’s box or original Apple charging lead. Otherwise, happy with the product.

  This vendor took my money (£299) for a product they later said they did not have in stock. They offered me an alternative, which I did not want. Strangely, the item I wanted reappeared on their eBay shop first thing next morning, with all the description unchanged. For £399. I asked them to send me that instead, and if not, to refund me. I am still waiting for a refund. I will follow up now with eBay.

  Perfect condition and a great phone, I'm very happy with my pixel 7a and the service from the seller. DPD who delivered the package kept changing delivery times over 3 days however, not great from DPD..

  Very good response from seller. Had an issue with shipment but the seller was quick to resolve. Product description could have been little better though.

  Payed for item which was apparently lost in post. Buyer promised to resend a replacement item, on the understanding I cancelled my ‘did not receive item’ request through eBay. I put request on hold to allow them to post. The sellers allocated a tracking number to replacement, but still not sent the item. I asked for confirmation of their actions, but they stopped communicating with me at all. revision- I have now eventually received item, which is as advertised.
