  I received notice that this item was delivered by FedEx but I never received the product . I contacted the seller and they Immediately refunded the purchase price . I appreciate the great customer service.

  Communication was great. I can’t complain about smiles r us. FedEx on the other hand lost my package then delivered to an address 200 miles away. Smiles refunded my money before I even knew there was a mix up. For this I would recommend smiles r us.
