  Poorly packed, item flopping around in too large a box. Arrived with two of the corners stove in. A smaller box and some bubble wrap may have prevented this. Why charge $19.38 for shipping when you put little effort or consideration into handling

  Item is used, but came sticky and grimy which wasn’t expected. Some parts are also broken, which wasn’t disclosed in the listing. But as far as I can tell, everything it originally was supposed to come with, was in the box.
