I contacted them, and they rush shipped new crossbars that were to my measurements.... they fit perfectly, and arrived in plenty of time to be mounted before our road trip !!!....   Although seller did issue a refund, the item shouldn't have been sent out in the 1st place. Was listed as "open box", when it was actually pretty well used. Faded plastic, dirty brackets and bird poop on the crossbar.
