    Extremely disappointed. The listing claimed “most of the 20 watches are working,” but after testing each one with fresh batteries, only 2 watches worked. Several had cracked crystals or detached movements — none of which were shown or disclosed in the photos or description. The photos were clearly composed to intentionally hide defects, misleading buyers into thinking the watches were in good condition. The vague description further reinforced that impression but was completely inaccurate.

    I apologize that you feel the watches were not as described. When you asked for further details, I noted that some items functioned, some needed batteries, and some needed repairs. Regardless, all of them were offered as is for parts or repair. Nevertheless, I apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused, and we have offered a courtesy refund.
