Soccer-Books initially messed up my order and sent the wrong book. I contacted them and they promptly responded and apologized for the mistake, and told me to keep the one they sent, and refunded my money. They assured me that if I ordered again they would 100% send the correct book. I received the correct book, in a shorter amount of time with a hand written note apologizing again for their error. I appreciate their customer service. Good seller!
