  Item was received in poor shape, badly packed and broken. Initially I was, of course, upset, but upon reaching out, seller refunded the purchase and I was happy with that end.

  Packaging was very poor and resulted in damage to the product. It took too long to receive the package. It was no longer needed by the time it came. A refund would mean I would have to find a suitable box and pay the shipping. I got a price from UPS store and would take almost all of refund. Be careful dealing with this vendor.

  Fits our 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport perfectly, the screw holes are a little warn causing the screws not to fully tighten the way they should. Overall it stays in place and no problems.
