  Seller stated that they shipped the item, tracking number issued, but I never received it. I message the seller to get an update. They apologized and they shipped it again with a new tracking number. Again, never received it. Seller stated that the carrier canceled the order twice. I requested to cancel my order and a refund which they apologize and refund it right away. My review is Neutral but I hope he can resolve his issue with his carrier.
