  The photo is what the vendor indicated he was selling. What I received was a single cable that connects to the programmer. Not the programming machine. The vendor claimed that it would be impossible for me to expect to purchase a programmer for $90.00 plus $30 shipping. Why does it cost $30.00 to ship a small bubble wrap envelope containing an even smaller cable ? The vendor offered to refund my purchase price and send me a prepaid shipping label. Dissatisfied, disappointed and disgusted.
