    Printer toner door was slightly damaged when received. We had to tape the toner tray in place for the prints to work. Unexpected situation, but works for the time being.

    This was listed as only having a "crack" in the plastic housing. It arrived with several pieces that were completely broken and unusable. Fortunately, I was able to replace these with parts of my old unit of the same model. SInce I installed an ink cartridge and updated the drivers it has been working fine.
