  Shipping was incredibly fast, and reasonably priced. Packaged with care. Pendant does indeed appear to be handmade (which is not always the case buying online, sadly). The handwritten note thanking me for supporting "handmade artistry" was a lovely touch. Quality of work is stellar, with only a couple minor imperfections, but that's kind of what you want with handmade, not mass produced perfection. Gives it character. Very happy with purchase. Think my wife will love this birthday present.
