  Item was just as described: carton beat up, but speaker undamaged and fully functional. I feel like a got an excellent value. One small issue I have with the process is the time it took me to receive my speaker. I purchased the speaker on April 14 and received it on April 26. The seller describes "$10 expedited shipping", but my item shipped FedEx ground, which isn't really expedited shipping. Overall though, I am very pleased with my experience and I would buy again from Sound City Store.

  Should have read previous bad reviews. Seller is BAD. Ordered and paid 8 days ago. Seller prints label 6 days ago but never ships. I contact multiple times with no response. Seller is 20 minutes from me and i offer to come.pick up the item that they can't be bothered actually shipping. This is fraudulent activity. Ebay won't do anything about it and they accept that printing a label as if they actually shipped it. AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR ITEM. STAY AWAY!!

  Company sent an open box item when it was originally listed as brand new. It was clear that the factory seal had been cut and then taped back over. Broken glass was also found in the bottom of the box. Contacted company about it, but never received a response. Disappointed in customer service.
