  Terrible value and not as described! Packed not very well and the worst part is that the item is defective! Seller responsive until something goes wrong then just stops responding! Terrible communication, honorless and bad seller, worst communication I've dealt with in over 20 years with ebay!! FFFFFFFF------

  Item was broken/burnt, and tried to settle with seller and mfg however since the mfg took too long to assess, ebay protection was out of warranty. Shoulda returned, but seller said they would give partial refund but never did anything. Mfg said it can't be fixed and is completely broken, so seller is selling broken watches, and now does not respond at all. Also, seller just listed another exact item, which they never offered to replace! Terrible experience! No value, honor and shameless!! FFF---

  The flute is not as described. The packaging was not sufficient, but not the worst. Shipping was fast. The flute does not work. The seller is not responding to my requests for adjustment at all and my messages have been left unattended to. This flute clearly was not play checked as it was going out, as this dysregulation would be apparent. This seriously reduces its value because work is expensive. I also dont think this item was even in inventory; seller seems to cross-post a lot.
