  The parts came in as expected and as described! Packaging was nice and items were protected. Definitely a worth the price and it even shipped quickly. The package actually was delivered to the wrong address by USPS. I contacted the seller and they were more than willing to work with me on getting it resolved. Eventually I got my package.

Unfortunately, I had to return it because it didn’t fit my Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 7378. That was entirely my mistake—I had ordered the wrong part. Their customer service was outstanding!   Arrived in good (used) condition, as advertised. I believe it was somewhat delayed due to weather but box was kept secure and well packaged. It was my first time replacing a laptop fan and it went smoothly. I had the choice of ordering direct from their website which was slightly cheaper but I'm paranoid about ordering from smaller websites. Seems this seller is trustworthy though I would order direct from them in future.
