    item as described, before purchase I contacted the seller for a technical advise but they honestly answered, we can not advice as we like about technical issues. I appreciated that answer, which was very honest and bought the item at my own risk, now the little card is working fine on my laptop.

    Fan went out on my old Inspiron laptop. It was easy to place the order, and the new fan came in on time. The fan looked brand new (though I wasn't expecting it to be) and was very competitively priced (under $7) and is doing a great job.

    Wasn't sure it would work on my laptop but it did! Just left it plugged in for about 15 minutes to see if my laptop's charging blue led would stop flashing and it did! Very happy with this product and would definitely buy from this seller again!!
