  Again, the seller sold a new with tags item which was extremely soiled around the neck and collar telling me this was not a new with tags item. I let the seller know that the only response I got was these came from the store and that I should expect them to look this way. Absolutely no resolution or even attempt to a resolution from the seller. Extremely disappointed and I will never buy from the seller again beware.!!

  Nowhere in the description does it State these are Capri pants. It states they are sweatpants. Beware they are definitely capri pants. I have contacted the seller and I was told I should’ve read the dimensions more clearly. No empathy nor any alternatives to this purchase. In addition, I ordered the new sweatshirt that went with them and supposedly it was new, but I challenge the fact that it is actually new based on soiling.
