    the item arrived perfect but after a month of "in progress arriving on time" updates. it had to pass through 4 distribution centers and should have taken one calendar week. I asked the seller multiple times to submit an inquiry with USPS but each time the seller deflected or told me that I should do that even though per eBay policy it is clearly the sellers responsibility. the item was underinsured with USPS by $100 to cut cost and I would have lost that money if I followed their advice.
