  Seller sent me the wrong item, a pack of Kiehl's hand lotion instead of the shampoo I purchased. I contacted them and they told me to write RTS on the item and return it to them. They refused to ship the right item till they received the returned item, so it's two weeks and I still haven't received the shampoo

  Seller sent me a damaged phone. The sim card slot was missing the sim card holder. Wasted my time. I went to the apple store, to be told why I could not insert a sim card. Seller never answered my messages. Buyer beware !! I will NEVER buy from this seller again. I am unable to post a neutral or Negative, Ebay protects the sellers for 7 days. I am not happy.
