The description of the item was very limited. The flange I have, has 3 mounting holes. This flange has only 2 holes. It is not worth the time and effort to return the item. I will have to modify the location of the holes in my air box. There should have been a photo showing only two mounting holes and it should have been listed in the description of the item.
