I was disappointed that I had messaged the seller twice prior to ordering asking if they could change the hat to say “mastiffs” instead of “mastiff” and never received a response to either message. I took the chance and ordered it anyway and put the request in with the order. Luckily, the change was made just as requested but I think they would get more orders if they responded to their messages.
