  I would give this seller an A+++. I originally order the A5 size certificate folder & was sent out an A4 size by mistake. The communication with seller was brilliant. He expedited the delivery of the correct order. The certificate folder is made of good quality & value for the money. The appearance was exactly as described. I will recommend this seller to family & friends.

  I made a mistake when I ordered this and ordered the wrong item. The seller was amazing. He sorted the whole mistake out and sent the item I really wanted instead. Great communication throughout and when the item arrived it was better than expected.

  Good quality, happy with product and have ordered another one. A little bit taken aback by the sellers dishonesty and not allowing me to cancel the order when it hadn’t arrived for nearly a fortnight, stating it had already been shipped, for it to then turn up with a Royal Mail 24 label on it the next day! But nonetheless I’ve given the benefit of the doubt and ordered another one that I hope to see in a shorter time frame. Thank you
