  Salad plates arrived broken. Set up a return with the seller and packed up everything to go back. Then I get a message from them asking where the mugs are (which were packaged right on top and should’ve been the first thing they saw in order to unpack the rest of the shipment) and then we’re saying I lied about the plates being broken despite the plates being sent back, broken, and I sent a photo of damage before the return was even initiated. I was promised refund today- have not been refunded

  Is a LAIR and a THIEF she messages she received the salad broken and send a photo of 1 plate and ask for refund. I told her I will pick it up and send her a replacement. Her respond was it's 4 plates, and wants a refund for 4. I told her the photo shows only 1 plate not 4. I said I will replace all 4 plates. She refused to send me a photo of the 4 broken plates. She tall me she wants to return the hole set. When I received it back 4 mugs were missing and only 1 salad was only broken.
