  Item arrived as advertise. This is essentially a large microfiber cloth. It dried very quickly after I used it at my hot tub. Item took an extremely long time to arrive, staying in LA for 8 days in transit, but that was not the vendor's fault at all. They were very good at keeping me informed, excellent communicators!

  The tuning pegs are very good quality and packaging was secure. Communication with this seller is awesome. My only complaint is that the seller is listed as being in Los Angeles; very misleading. Shipping from LA should have been a couple of days but it turned into over a week as a USPS Shipping partner was involved. If you don't need your item quickly then I recommend this seller. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
