  The only problem I had was that I cancelled one order immediately after placing it, but the order was still sent, and I had to pay for the return. However, the other order was delivered on time and packed well. The product itself is excellent. I decided to use Tapcon bolts (5/16 X 2 1/4) instead of the bolts that come with the product and have a plastic anchor. Otherwise, these mounts are the best external mounts I know of. Use 6" mounts for rails and 3" mounts for the ladder.
