  Packing suspect and dirty both outer box and packing. Dead insects and dirt/debris inside bubble wrap. expect items exposed to water based on spatter patterns on outer box . Currently working but item definitely did not present as new, especially considering price. Ship time reasonable for distance.

  Yo I the item I ordered very fast considering being shipped from California. Vendor was very helpful and experienced the condition of the light and sent me instructions when they was able to find them. I plugged them in and the Grow Lights are working. Awesome
