Tracking info was provided quickly (within 1 day), but it took a lot longer than usual to drop the package off (5 days), so the item didn’t arrive as quickly as expected.   There was an issue with shipping labels being mixed up so I received someone else’s item. The seller communicated with me immediately and had a plan to resolve everything. For that reason, shipping took a little longer but I wasn’t in a hurry. I appreciated the communication from the seller. The item was packaged well and as described.
