We buy $2,000 of new and used items each week that are available to list in our store. Every item that we purchase for resale is carefully inspected, stored in a clean scent-free environment, and when ordered shipped (mostly) with eBay branded shipping materials and packaged carefully so items arrive safely to our buyers. Items we sell come predominantly from two sources. The first is a weekly auction the sells mostly collectibles from high-end estates with SOME new items. The other is a warehouse company that buys overstock from national retailers (the retailer has too many to store in their own warehouse and so they auction excess inventory) or "shelf pulls" (the retailer no longer wishes to sell the item due to any number of reasons i.e. the item is seasonal or they just want to make room for different items). After inspecting items, items NOT in good enough condition to sell on eBay are donated to various churches/charities to ensure our buyers receive the best available.
This threatening individual sold damaged camera as "EXCELLENT" working condition. Arrived broken not by shipper. We opened return-he sent threatening, slanderous statements: "you are a liar" "Moron" etc. This person has 19 negatives incl quote: "When I contacted seller about my dissatisfaction I was threatened and verbally abused." Or "The item I received was defective, despite the seller claiming it was tested." He emailed "We will also detail what a liar you are in any feedback left" Do so...
