Thank you for visiting our store and we hope you have a positive experience. We sell media (cameras, LPs, cassettes, cds, dvds, vhs tapes), purses and electronics. We buy everything in bulk in order to be able to pass along great deals on our items compared to other eBay sellers. All cameras and electronics are fully tested, unless NEW, prior to being listed and again once ordered in order to avoid fraudulent returns on these items. That doesn't mean that buyers don't still try to claim an item is not working when we KNOW it is working. We DO NOT cover the cost of original and return shipping on any fraudulent returns. If an item is returned, after re-testing an item, we find the item to be fully functional and the return reason is invalid, we will deduct original and return shipping from the item price. Most negative feedback is a result of buyers getting upset that their return reason is invalid. We cannot offer such great deals on items and then a also cover buyer mistakes.

    THE best seller I have encountered on eBay! Covered additional shipping expenses that resulted from a wrong address on my end-- extremely communicative and helpful. Product is wonderful, very happy with the camera! Packaged carefully, with a fragile sticker. All products are as described, great value! Very happy, would recommend.

    Item came well packaged and shipped quickly, but a small mistake was made and it was the wrong item (was very similar to listing item) buyer was understanding and a return was completed quickly. I would buy from this buyer again due to their professional courtesy.

    The Cherished Teddies "You're over the Hill" figurine was lovingly wrapped in lots of protective bubble wrap and was further protected by packing peanuts, inside a sturdy box. The Bear figurine arrived in perfect condition. It is so precious and beautifully crafted. It is exactly as described. I am very happy with it! The price was marvelous, and the shipping was nice, too. I am pleased with the excellent service, and so happy with the adorable bear!
