    Purchased as a gift, but when it arrived the gift box was so damaged as well as torn tissue paper and even one pair of socks just loose in the box without tape around it....I could not present as the originally intended gift. Very disappointed. You should have informed that this was obviously a return from a customer, NOT a new item! And why are you forcing me to leave a 'positive' feedback above??

    I'm sorry you were not happy and I didn't force you to leave a review. The item is new and the condition of the box and the fact that 1 of the 12 pairs of socks did not have tape around them was also in the pictures, I shipped exactly what was shown. This was store stock not a return and yes the boxes can get tossed around - that is why I can sell it for very low prices.
