  Item arrived as expected. All listed items were included, and the condition of the item was fairly described. The one and only issue would be the manual being a poor reproduction, however that would have been clearly noticeable had I paid attention. Would most certainly recommend.

  I did not receive the saddle that was advertised. I ordered a Serfas RX/RR like the photo in the listing but received a Serfas Rapide. Totally different from what was advertised. Guess I need to try to contact the seller
