Parts were Shipped out asap and packaged with care in 2 boxes. Manual and invoice included. Price was a great deal for our budget as we had turned down other companies selling similar privacy screen fence kits. Hired a handyman with a cement power drill to assemble & install. It took him 3 hours alone.
