  PVC band would have beeen great is seller had not wrapped in a cheap package tape that shredded and left its goo all over the product. Qulaity is basically good, but it has taken me sometime to get the condition up to useable.

  I apologize, I did not realize the tape I used was going to leave goo. You should be able to wipe the residue away with either lacquer thinner or acetone with no harm to the PVC
