    Seller had false advertising 25% off all records. They refuse to honor it as I purchased 4 records I should have been credited back $10 for a $40 purchase. They argued with me and refuse to honor their listed sale. This is False advertising and fraud as an eBay seller. They further stated I had to order 4records from one listing to get the 4th one free. I ordered 3 records from one listing so the fourth one would have been free. They refused to let me add a fourth record as was listed sale.

    Our “Buy 4 or more , Get 25% Off” offer applies automatically when items are purchased from the same multi-listing. The buyer ordered from separate listings, so the system couldn’t apply the discount. We explained this before shipping and even offered a full refund, which the buyer declined and told us to ship vinyl's anyway. We always strive for transparency and customer satisfaction. Hope all is well !
