  I cannot rate the item because my hearing aids do not use this charger. The seller chose to take a photo of only the box - if the seller had taken a photo of the charger with the top open, I would have seen that this was not my charger and I would not have ordered it. I contacted the seller asking if he/she would consider taking this item back if I paid shipping. I was not given the consideration of a reply. I contacted eBay with a return request after the 3 days and eBay canceled in 10 min.
