  Shipping issues with the tracking number. Not their fault. They responded in less than 24 hours and had my refund process asap. Definitely easy to work with! Their store has a great variety as well, would recommend! Made sure to follow the store on here for future purchases!! I gave all 5 stars even though I didn’t get the package, just for the simple fact that they were awesome communicaters and I know if I had gotten my purchase it would have been perfect. FedEx is at fault for sure! 😞

  Had some issues with delivery. The site said it was delivered but, I never received it. I attempted to contact seller and got no response. After waiting 3 days for a response, I had to file a claim with eBay. I had also ordered it from another source and requested a refund. Instead of simply refunding my money as requested, they shipped me another bottle of seasoning. Now I have two 20 oz containers of seasoning. I hope we can use it before it goes bad.

The item was delivered exactly as described, and the packaging was simple but secure, with all components included and intact.   Seller sent wrong size screen cover for computer would not refund my money or replace with correct computer screen. Poor communication non caring seller beware buying from this seller and business. Only cares about making a profit and not solving sales issues if wrong not good.

  Getting this to my place was the biggest hangup but that was no fault of the dealer. FedEx apparently didn't know where my house was and twice delivered it to the wrong place. Third times a charm though - dealer came through and got me a bottle of it. Very thankful for the customer service on that!
