  Shipping was not good at all - upper half of box caved in. And then there is the fact that the seller claimed the doll was in excellent condition and yet her hair was a tangled mess, the doll itself is filthy - the outfit was stained and stale and the doll stinks. So. I would have been happy to purchase a doll that needed to be restored for a fare price but this doll was listed as in “excellent condition” - I would say it is very used - well plated with - but no, not excellent by any measure.

  Doll is in excellent condition and was inspected before shipping and hair was done by AG store prior to listing. Buyer messaged threatening neg FB and apparently wanted $35 refunded but I don’t give into these tactics. Offered full refund upon return but buyer refused.
