Their stated policy is contradictory. While they say they accept no returns, they also say they make exceptions if they made a mistake on measurements. Well, they certainly did. The shoulder-to-hem measurement was listed as 29.5. The actual measurement is 31 inches. This jacket is too long for me. By the way, Ebay's money-back guarantee did not work when I tried it.
