  Brought a grey strap (for the second time in 5 months) first of all, it arrived 5 days late. Upon arrival I noticed the clasp was the wrong way round, I contacted the company and sent them a pic to which they said they would replace it. After this they asked for another picture (when I had disposed of a useless item) and said they wont be exchanging it and accused me of lying eventhough I had brought from them before and provided them evidence.
