  The tailgate we purchased arrived in excellent condition. Packaging for shipment was done very professionally. Item was as described and the seller even sent additional photos when I requested them. Excellent seller to work with in all respects. Highly recommend.

  Ordered the alternator and arrived fast. Packaged well and alternator was the one in the pictures. Unfortunately, the pulley was hard to turn by hand. Contacted seller and they offered a replacement. Sent the alternator back and received another one. They tested the alternator before shipping and said that it spins freely. The replacement alternator has the same issue (damage during shipping). Contacted them again and sent pictures. They refunded my payment. Honest seller, Thank you & thumbs up
